Knowledge Space International, acquires Retreon and announces internal restructuring

global financial markets (GFM) and converged communications markets (CCM) , today announced that it has expanded
its presence in the Telecom Cable Satellite Media & Entertainment sector with the acquisition of Retreon Inc.
Knowledge Space International, with a proven capacity for global delivery, has numerous Fortune 100 clients across the Telecom, Finance, and Media sectors.
Retreon, based in Greenwood Village Colorado USA, is a young three old company led by senior industry professional James
M. Ross and co-founders Craig A. Ross and H. Rasch Young. Retreon has deep domain expertise within the telecom, cable and
satellite industry. The company has a strong roster of clients and has over 50 consultants in Denver, the heartland of the
cable industry in the USA. Retreon through its high-end consulting services and Fusion Point software suite provides high
value services to clients at every stage of the business process from gathering business and technical requirements, to
architectural design, package selection, custom software development, systems implementation and on-going Managed Services.
With the acquisition of the Retreon team, Knowledge Space International has now grown its worldwide team to 650.

Having made all these acquisitions and in order to drive synergy of the businesses with a clear strategic direction, Knowledge Space International
has merged all these companies and it’s telecom practice into the Converged Communications Markets Group. Jim Ross has been
mandated to head this Global P&L Group as Executive Vice President & General Manager. This Group consists of the Industry
Verticals of Telecommunications Service Providers (Wire-line and Wireless), Cable & Satellite Service Providers, and Media
& Entertainment company’s.
