COAST - Knowledge Space International Offshore Assessment & Strategic Transition is an operational cost savings engagements model designed specifically for offshore development, maintenance, and business process outsourcing services. It leverages a 24-global day for all workflows and results in approximately 40-60% cost reduction for targeted opportunities.

The COAST program is a rapidly deployed consulting engagement taking place over a 3-4 week period. Our three-phase approach uses the following components.

Discovery: Gain a thorough understanding of your current operations, challenges, initiatives and business drivers.
Process Review: Evaluate existing processes and support organizations under their current structure to determine the most probable and practical candidates for offshore.
Design: Develop a comprehensive solution that meets the critical success criteria's identified by the client and communicate a proposal for engaging Knowledge Space International offshore support services.

Value/Benefits:

Upon completion of the COAST consulting engagement proposal, the final proposal may be used to directly engage Knowledge Space International as the provider of the services identified or the client can place the proposal for bids to other prospective Offshore Service Providers (OSPs).

Additionally, clients that use Knowledge Space International as their OSP at the conclusion of a COAST program will receive a credit for the cost of the program. This is our way of validating the value of our program and thanking our clients for their business.
