The Knowledge Space International management team is made of individuals with a wealth of industry experience. Members of the Knowledge Space International senior management team have all been in the IT industry for a minimum of ten years and some of our senior staff have been involved in IT operations for more than 30 years. Knowledge Space International prides itself on its ability to understand our customer requirements and to offer tailored solutions to ensure our client's success.

The following individuals make up our senior management team:

Khorssand Haghpassand, Founder, President, Lead Strategist & Acting CTO

Khorssand is an accomplished entrepreneur with the vision and breadth of experience to ensure that Knowledge Space International customers receive the attention to detail and customer support that they require ensuring their success. Khorssand has worked with several multinational firms and is the founder of SoftAlley, Inc. - a security software vendor - and InfoRender Security Technologies - a security consulting firm. Khorssandís core strength is his extensive experience in global information technology solutions, information security, business development, systems integration consulting, multi-platform systems management and financial management systems. He has several US patents that are widely used in eCommerce, and Security industries. Khorssand earned his PhD in Large Scaled Information Systems from SUNY @ Amherst, NY, and has completed additional 2 years of advance research under Applied Network Security at the Columbia University in NYC, NY. He has further attended an IT Strategic Planning & Management development program at the New York University's Stern Graduate School of Business in NYC, NY.

Azim Ali, Co-Founder & CEO

Azim is well grounded in technology having started his career as a technical specialist with Silicon Graphics and then moving on to Imation and finally Lucent Technologies where he served as a financial consultant. Azim was a founding partner of a successful Technology solutions company located in Houston,Tx before joining Knowledge Space International, Inc. as a co-founder and CEO.

S Mani, CEO, India Operations

With over 20 years in the Information Technology/Telecommunication Industry, Mani has extensive expertise in the start up operations of Software Development, Network Services, ISP, Global Network Management and in building and maintaining excellent customer support systems and practices, Quality processes. Before venturing into Convergent software, Mani worked at Sify, Hughes and VeriFone. Mani oversees development and solution delivery to global customers.

Jila Daneshvar Shirazi, VP, Operations

With more than 15 years of industry experience ranging from Health Care to Telecommunications to Financial Services and on-site project level experience, Jila brings a great deal of organizational and administrative knowledge to Knowledge Space International. She has more than 20 Fortune 500 firms in her career. Jila manages Knowledge Space International operational issues and she is also responsible for the Project Management Office related efforts that ensure our customer's projects success.

Mike Agar, VP, Business Development

Mike Agar brings more than 15 years of sales management, business development and consulting experience to Knowledge Space International. As Vice President of Business Development, he oversees all aspects of sales strategy and business development activities. Mike is responsible for managing and servicing Knowledge Space International strategic accounts and enabling Knowledge Space International growth through new client generation and alliances. Mike has a very personable approach to customer service and employee satisfaction. This makes Mike a key asset to both Knowledge Space International and its clients. Before joining Knowledge Space International, Mike co-founded and led two successful IT services companies.

Ineke Haas, VP, Strategic Accounts

Ineke Haas has been with Knowledge Space International since its inception. As a co-founding member, Ineke has been instrumental in Knowledge Space International' growth to date, leading and managing strategic client relationships and execution. Currently, Ineke is responsible for new business development and managing Knowledge Space International' large client accounts. Ineke handles various duties including: service, sales, oversight and execution. Prior to Knowledge Space International, Ineke worked for several large offshore companies handing sales and execution. His passion for success and ability to motivate employees has made Ineke a vital part of Knowledge Space International' success.

John S. Hummes, VP, Finance

John has extensive experience in Accounting, Finance and Tax areas for more than seventeen years. He has also served in executive and management positions in Public Accounting, Tax Consulting, Industry and Investment Management. John is a licensed CPA with a Masters degree in accounting and a second Masters in Corporate Finance. In addition to his accomplishments, he has received advanced specialized training in Cost and Management Accounting.
